Research Interests

Said's research interests lie in the area of microsystems design and fabrication. His work is currently the optimization of the fabrication method of polymer microchannels. Previous work includes the successful fabrication of voltage-actuated cantilevers with AlN as a piezoelectric, layout design of microstructures and Finite Element Method simulation of various phenomena.
